Ammeld Consulting Ltd is led by David Paton, a distinguished innovation leader with over two decades of experience in corporate R&D and technology partnerships.

During his tenure at British American Tobacco, David held several key roles in innovation, including Head of Product Development for tobacco heating products, Head of Global Discovery, and Head of Open Innovation. He has an extensive background in product strategy, product development, and pioneering innovations.

David has overseen product development at every juncture of the innovation process, from the inception of groundbreaking ideas to product design, development, and commercialisation. His expertise extends across diverse industries, including tobacco, nicotine, and personal hygiene.

Through Ammeld Consulting, David offers consulting services to start-ups and scale-up enterprises, specialising in creating forward-looking product pipelines and cultivating strategic partnerships with major corporations.
